I have been in the space for more than a year and have been a part of various communities throughout my journey which enables me to identify differences between communities and how to effectively communicate with different members with different interests and backgrounds. As a collaboration manager, I've built up some pretty sweet experience working with lots of different communities. It's been over a year now and I've learned how to tailor my approach to different groups so that everyone feels heard and understood.
